Prices and products
Most of the products in the online shop are handmade by the workshop "aos papéis..." . Since handcraft work is unique, we cannot guarantee that pieces are always the same as shown in the pictures.
Prices are stated in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force. Delivery costs will be added.
Prices may change without notice.
Delivery
Delivery time for in-stock items is usually one week.
For ordered items, the customer will be informed of the estimated time of delivery.
Shipping
Shipping costs vary according to the destination, weight and dimensions of the order and will always be calculated before the order is closed.
Shipments will be made by a delivery company chosen by us depending on the case.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs in the country of destination may charge additional duties. These are not the responsibility of “aos papéis..." and may vary depending on the country of destination.

Exchanges and returns
You can return any item within 15 days of receipt, provided the items are complete and in perfect condition and are accompanied by the corresponding invoice. We are not able to refund any postage charges.
